Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days, our working days are Monday - Friday only for online orders.
If you have not received dispatch confirmation after 5 days please check your messages/email as we may be waiting on further information.
URGENT ORDERS
If your order is urgent please email use separately to confirm we can meet the deadline before purchasing.
DELIVERY
Items will be sent using either Royal Mail or Selected Courier
- Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 48 Tracked
- Express Delivery - Royal Mail Next Day Gauranteed
RM48 is not a guaranteed service and can occasionally be delayed as long as 10 working days
Express Delivery uses a gauranteed service, the recipient needs to be available to receive and sign for the item(s)
Our 3 working day processing time still applies unless we have agreed seperately via message or email to dispatch quicker.
Other couriers
We occasionally use the services of Evri and UPS to fulfill orders at our discreation.
